Had one interview that I felt went very well where I mentioned they needed to implement partner enablement and training program and I pointed out my experience with this. Several days later they emailed and said they are going with a candidate that had more experience in developing a partner ecosystem - which wasn't highlighted as a key need, maybe they thought twice once I brought it up?
