Applied for the role and was asked to record a Loom video as an initial step. After submitting the video, I was contacted for a first-round interview. The call was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended after about 15–17 minutes. From the start, the interviewer appeared disengaged and asked very few questions about my background. The interview focused primarily on testing my knowledge of the company, with limited discussion about the sales team or role structure. When I asked questions around quota, team size, territory/account ownership, and team performance, clear answers were not provided.

Very pleasant experience. All the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me not just as a professional but as a person. They asked great questions and were also very open in answering questions I had. At each step of the process it was also very clear what the next steps were and what to expect.
