I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mews (Boynton Beach, FL) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was amazing, with great conversation with my leadership a genuine care to learn about me, my experience, and why I wanted to become a Mewser. I really enjoyed the aspects of creating loom videos because of the creativity it brought out in me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mews (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
Applied for the role and was asked to record a Loom video as an initial step. After submitting the video, I was contacted for a first-round interview. The call was scheduled for 30 minutes but ended after about 15–17 minutes. From the start, the interviewer appeared disengaged and asked very few questions about my background. The interview focused primarily on testing my knowledge of the company, with limited discussion about the sales team or role structure. When I asked questions around quota, team size, territory/account ownership, and team performance, clear answers were not provided.

Very pleasant experience.
All the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in me not just as a professional but as a person. They asked great questions and were also very open in answering questions I had.
At each step of the process it was also very clear what the next steps were and what to expect.
