The process was exceptionally smooth and professional. The recruiter has a great understanding of the team, the work they do, and their needs, which stood out compared to my experiences with other companies. They are also very accommodating, transparent and proactively communicated updates. For this role, I went through the following stages:
1st round: screening call with the recruiter to cover my motivation, different learning theories and authoring tools that I have applied. At the end of the call, I was informed that they'd move me forward to the next round.
2nd round: technical interview and team fit with the potential manager and their manager. In this round, we discussed my experiences in more detail, my ambitions, and examples of how I have demonstrated some of the Mews values.
3rd round: a one-week take home assignment consisting of two exercises; where one would showcase my approach and process to learning design and the other to showcase my eLearning development capabilities.
4th round: assignment brief and Q&A, and then for the rest it was more of a conversation about my aspirations and what's on the horizon for the Mews Global Education Team.
Everyone involved was open and respectful, and they took the time to address my questions, which made my offer decision an easy one to make.
