Personally, one of the best interview processes I've had. What stood out to me was the consistent communication. I appreciated that I was never left in the dark and a lot of their values resonated with me like inclusivity and diversity!
The process consisted of the following steps 1) Submitting CV to Mews 2) Initial screening (30 minutes). This was an introductory call with the recruiter covering background, motivation for joining Mews, and basic role fit. HR was super lovely and made me really feel at ease. 2) Short Interview with the hiring manager. We discussed background, motivation but also some semi-technical questions like how do you deal with messy data and explaining things to non-technical audience 3) Take home assignment. It was a really well structured task related to the role. It tested data analysis skills. The take home assignment had to be submitted 2 days before the presentation round, which gave interviewers time to review it in advance. 4) I think this was the most difficult round. I walked the team through the take home assignment, recommended advice based on analysis and answered follow up questions. There were quite a bit of technical questions afterwards - related to how I would approach certain things or my experience with other technologies. 5) The final round was a conversation with the Chief People Officer to see whether I would culturally fit within the People's Team and Mews. Then I got the offer :)
