I applied online. I interviewed at Mews (Prague) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied for Quality Assurance position with LinkedIn.
I received email regarding position Sales Development Representative - DACH.
Recruiter wanted to book a video call but her availability was during my working hours.
Via e-mail we agreed a 15 minute PHONE CALL which unfortunately missed, however I called back and we agreed that I will book another date.
I did that, and then recruiter cancelled it. As a reply to my e-mail with question "why" I received answer that I didn't show up on a video call twice.
In general we agreed on a PHONE CALL so I find whole situation very unprofessional.
Not only recruiter contacted me regarding different position, but also didn't stick to its own arrangements.
Hi and thank you so much for leaving a review on your application process. I'm sorry to hear you experienced an unprofessional approach from us here with Mews. You started your review with the sentence "I applied for Quality Assurance position with LinkedIn" but I'm guessing you used LinkedIn as a way to apply with Mews. You then go on telling us that you received an email regarding a position for Sales Development Representative - DACH which is quite different from a QA position. This looks to be a confusing start, which didn't get any better as your process progressed. We strive to make every applicant have a remarkable experience here at Mews, yours was far from that. Despite that, thank you for giving us your honest feedback and all the best in your career. Matthijs / Employer Branding Manager
