Mindera Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The worst process possible in Portugal. Stressfully, extenuating and the results are previsible: a person will decide you are good or not. So why don't shorter the way? Mindera has a great RH process but they send you to a technical test AND a pair programming test. That's unnecessary. Why the reason to have the first test then? Just to avoid the precious time of the tech lead? And being evaluated by a code you give, not the way you think, it's frustrating. Rethink the way the process, I'm good, currently working, but mind the other people that needs the job and can't wait for more than 2 weeks to get this disastrous and stressfull process.

Applied through Glassdoor. Got a call confirmation after a week. The initial round was to be telephonic. I was informed about the schedule two days in advance.The interviewer called 10mins late. No formal apologies or whatsoever. Although I wasn't expecting it either. He introduced himself and gave a brief background on the hiring position. Once the initial formalities of self introductions were done the interviewing process started. That's when the interviewer got really aggressive and started mocking about the things I was not aware of. Even after I told him specifically the things I wasn't aware of. He closed the interview saying they handle the "Trainline" train booking websites for the UK trains and they want nothing but the best and hung up. I would rather ask Mindera to train their employees on how to conduct telephonic interviews.
