Interview
A two hour group interview with three other interviewees and two interviewers. The goal of the interview was to see how well you understood what MongoDB offers and showcase that knowledge into a group presentation.
Overall the interviewers understand it is nerve racking and hard to work in a group with people you do not know so they are quite easy and try to help you all the way through.

Smooth interview process, clear expectations, and very nice interviewers; the initial phone call really helps with continuing the process and what to expect. The salary is consistent with other companies in the same market, and the quote is attainable if you are persistent.
