I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mural
Interview
Head hunted by recruiter for APAC lead role, had a great conversation about aspirations and the role and moved to next stage. Interviewed with hiring manager and it was clear this was not a region lead role, just a CSM position - which is fine, but not aligned to what was discussed with the recruiter. It is clear they are struggling to scale globally if they are trying to hire very senior CSMs to be the only one in the region for large enterprise customers. Everyone was super nice but not aligned.

Question 1
Tell us about your experience. What do you do in your daily activities? Why do you want to work with us?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mural in Jul 2021
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter for this position. At the start of the call, I was told the position I applied for had changed, and that there are other shifts internally within the company. After discussing my background, I was told that I don't quite have enough years of experience but that I could be considered in the future for other positions. While the recruiter was very nice and transparent in the call, I would've liked more of a heads up on the experience and position changes going into the conversation.
