Interview starts off by asking what you think makes a good place to work and the asks you to describe the environment in which you work best. The next part asks you to explain what you know about the role and the team you are going in to. How will this role contribute to the bank’s success. The last part of the interview is competency based where you will be asked 3 critical capability questions where you have to demonstrate you have shown the qualities they are looking for.
