National Grid interview questions

The worst ever interview experience I have ever had, went through a referral and asked for HR round where I was specified that position offers sponsorship. Later once all the interviews are over and about to give an offer, HR called me to inform we didnt get approval for sponsorship. It was waste if time .

The interview process begins with a screening call from HR to ask some basic questions. If you get passed that you'll do one more interview with a manager and/or a member of the team. Interview questions were almost all behavioral. Be prepared to talk a lot about your previous experience. Questions will almost always start with or follow up by asking to give an example from previous experience.
