I applied online. I interviewed at Navient (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied online. Received an email to schedule interview. Interviews were gang style, on the hour. Front desk reception never received a list of names for our group from HR, so we started 15 minutes late. First, the group was addressed by an HR underling. Then, SOP, individuals each interviewed by a department supervisor. My interviewer made zero eye contact.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
He asked only rudimentary questions to clarify my resume. Since he never looked at me (how rude), my observation & question were the key... "(NAME). I know that EEOC Guidelines won't let you say that age is a factor, but do you have an issue supervising someone significantly older than you?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navient (Fishers, IN) in Apr 2017
Interview
Took about 3 weeks all together. The interview asked a lot of personnel questions why I lived so far away. Just vary rude. I also met all qualification for the job.
