Applied online through Indeed.com; received a voice mail asking to schedule an interview date. I was required to take a typing speed test. After that, it was a basic interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Navient (Hanover, PA)
Interview
The interview was easy. You go in and start out by taking a typing test in a room by yourself. They let you know that they will get the results and see if you make it to the next part of the interview. The test is easy, I certainly am not the fastest at typing but I had no problems. Once you finish they will come get you and set you up for the face to face interview. The interview was really laid back (although it depends on which supervisor interviews you). You just have to answer a few generic questions and it's pretty much over. My interviewer told me I shouldn't have anything to worry about. I got a call the next day saying I got the job.
