The interview process was very efficient and they asked greeat questions! The lady working for Navient who interviewed me was really nice. Overall great experience. They also asked different possible telephone scenarios we could be in.

Very easy interview. Do not be nervous just be honest and friendly. Easy to not be hired to be honest. Just need to know how to answer the phone and they teach you that
