Interview
The process started with a phone interview and then scheduled a face-to-face. The 1st face-to-face interview was asking meeverything that was on application, including experience, verifying information and my availability. 2nd interview was with Sr. Manager asking what I have to offer Navient and why he should hire me over the other 35 candidates he talked to that day.
It’s was pretty simple. The interview lasted no more than 20 minutes. They asked no more than 10 questions. I was able to get the job. The interview went well.

Talk, walk thru call center ask about experience and how I could go from more customer service to collecting easily .. made sure everything was done to start on the day you are supposed to start. Made sure pay was set up correctly.
