Navient Sharepoint Administrative interview questions

Was given a more than thorough background check, brought in for 4 interviews on the last of which I was unofficially offered the role. Then all communication stopped with myself and my recruiter. I asked her had I done something to which she said No and that she has seen them do this where they have to post the job but never intend on doing anything other than distribute the work amongst current employees. What a waste of my time.
