I applied online. two days later i got an email from the HR department asking what was the best number to call and at what time. They called me the next day and i had about a 5 min phone interview. They asked me about my past pharmacy technician experience, why i left my last job and why i want to work for ny presbyterian. it was quick and easy. about two days later i got an email asking to call a number to set up a f2f interview. After i called i set up the closet interview date which was in 7 days. I got to the interview and took a 30 min math test, 30 min english/reading test and 10 min data entry test. math was REALLY basic. middle school basic. no calculators allowed. the whole thing overall was like a really easy SAT u can say. had to fill out some paperwork, give in a copy of my certification and sign a few sheets. about 20 mins later the HR senior recruiter came in. pretty normal interview. she stated that i had done a wonderful job on my tests and began the interview.

Interview
First step was a brief one-way interview through ModernHire. Questions were behavioral and allowed unlimited attempts. Very brief, only around 4 questions, but felt kind of awkward talking to myself in front of a camera. Ended up taking much longer than expected, albeit mostly from my own self-consciousness.
