      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NextRoll (New York, NY) in Aug 2017

      Interview

The interview process was lengthy and broken into multiple parts. They take their time to make sure that someone is a perfect fit for the team. My first round was 3 skype interviews followed by a few calls with HR, 3 more meetings in the office and then finally a pitch to a panel. All and all it took over 5 weeks. It was a difficult interview process but by the end, I really felt like I knew the team and I was 100% certain that I wanted the job. It was definitely one of my most enjoyable interviews and well worth the wait.
