Contacted one of the managers regarding a position posted online. Scheduled an interview later the week with one of the reps. Was interview by a desk manager and finally asked to display some sales skills. I was hired on the spot, and was asked to check in with the company later during the week to finish background check and drug check.

Interview
First interview is in person with the recruiting manager for about 5-10 minutes. If you're skills align with what they are looking for in a potential salesman, then you will be invited to join the sessions that go for a few days. Keep in mind that this does not mean you have gotten the role yet. You will still need to demonstrate that you are a prospect that is competent for the role. After the sessions, they will select a final group.
