I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Norfolk Southern in Oct 2019

Interview

Applied online and spoke with recruiters in-person at a university career fair. The hiring manager reached out the week after to schedule video interviews with multiple teams within the IT department. Video interviews consisted of questions from different team members. Asked mainly about content from my resume with some additional questions about object-oriented programming. Heard back 2 days later with an offer for Spring 2019.

Interview

There is a online interview, phone, and in person interview. the process took about a month. I filled out a application online got a reply a week later then after the online interview got a phone call interview and then a in person with the Hr interview.

Called in for an on-site interview. At that time only two spots were remaining so we interviewed separately for each manager. They were very friendly and it was a fun process
