The application and personality test are done online prior to the mass hiring event. My event was rather small. They gave the doom and gloom speech about how hard the job is and the how demanding the schedule is. The training pay is not that great but the over all is a solid opportunity. The benefits are only bested by Tricare in the military. We lost probably 4 or 5 guys when they talked about the drug test (which includes hair follicle testing).

Intense and drug out. Not for the faint of heart. This job is not for the weak and if you aren’t willing to understand that stay away. If you can handle pushing yourself to go to work, have little time off (suck as to sleep) and back at it then apply. No more crying with reviews, they warn you before you start.
A couple written questions, then 2 video interviews. One of them was pre-recorded. They are hiring a lot right now. If you pass you go to Georgia for 2 weeks before going out in the field
