Interview
Applied online, about a week later recieved an email inviting me to do an assessment test. It was a fairly standard personality test, which was followed by another email a few days later with an invite to a hiring session. The hiring session was smaller than i have seen in the past, only about 25-30 ppl (They're doing a better job of pre-screening now). A couple of ppl left after pay (during training) and the drug screening was discussed (they do hair sample which go as far back as 6 mos). That cut the crop in half. The actual interview was short about 10-15 mins tops with a mgr and a person from HR. Straight to the point, be clear with your answers.

Intense and drug out. Not for the faint of heart. This job is not for the weak and if you aren’t willing to understand that stay away. If you can handle pushing yourself to go to work, have little time off (suck as to sleep) and back at it then apply. No more crying with reviews, they warn you before you start.
A couple written questions, then 2 video interviews. One of them was pre-recorded. They are hiring a lot right now. If you pass you go to Georgia for 2 weeks before going out in the field
