Fair company and proper expectations were set. Overall great interview experience. There is a lot of “hoops” to jump through but it is understandable considering your trying to find good candidates versus the ones you want to weed out.
Looking for a strong background in manual labor or other type of similar work. Will take others they see have high potential. Is a union job which is great. Have to deal with management at the company which can be frustrating
