Honestly, not a fan of that type of interview especially at the very beginning. Seems too easy to rule out candidates based on a type of “look” if you know what I mean. Declined the request.

Simple application. You then move to a 8 question hirevue interview. Question vary from personal experience to job experience to random skill tests. Overall not too bad and you can complete on your own time
30 minute pre recorded interview. Next step is a panel interview 30 mins long. They wanted to know your background and how you solve problems. Overall easy to moderate difficultiy.
