Notion Labs Account Executive interview questions

Three rounds of interviews with other Account Executive, Hiring Manager, culture interview and GM. Each round had various interviewers assessing different skills. It was highly competitive and you needed to have an edge to stand out.

I was so excited to get an opportunity to interview with THE notion in Sydney. But gosh is the reality so different from what they portray themselves to be. This place is the epitome of toxic positivity. The teams online "gush" about each other like they are all some weird twisted lover group, but when I met the team in person, they were all extremely stressed out, glum and just didn't seem like they were happy in their jobs at all. One of the worst interview experiences I've ever had.
