Notion Labs Account Executive interview questions

1 conversational recruiter interview, 1 hiring manager interview (competency-based), 1 practical interview, 2 competency-based interviews with future colleagues, and a final interview with the GM. The recruitment process was challenging (also because for an account executive french market position, all interviews were in english), but the recruiters were extremely nice, genuine and supportive, putting me in the best conditions to perform, I always felt welcome, I was never put in a difficult position just for the sake of it, as would happen in other recruitments processes.

Pretty standard process, not many thought provoking questions. They didn't go in depth with what the role entails. Overall okay process but doesn't seem greatly organized. Other top SaaS companies seem to have better internal recruitment organization.
