Interview
I had a call with a recruiter and then a technical screen with an engineer. The question was very similar to what was in the prep documents that they sent. I solved the question and passed the test cases but then did not get moved on to the next round. A bit demoralizing but I'm guessing the bar is extremely high for software engineer hires right now. When I asked the recruiter for feedback I did not receive a response.

standard interview process. phone screen -> technical screen -> onsite with standard rounds (technical, system design, values). Interview questions are more practical - not leetcode style. Though they can require data structure and algorithms knowledge so always good to keep those fresh
