Usual interview process First there was the Recruiter, then Hiring manager, then Peer interview (bit odd as I had more experience than him), then Cross Functional interview and finally panel interview in front of three people The experience was not the best, it seems people across the process were looking for different things (some focused on enteprise experience, some on the ability to navigate through "chaos").

I had an outstanding interview experience with Notion, from start to finish. The process was extremely well-structured, transparent and respectful of my time. Every step was clearly explained on the notion pages and timelines were communicated upfront. What truly stood out was the quality of the people I met. Every interviewer was incredibly thoughtful, kind and deeply aligned with Notion’s values. The conversations felt authentic and human and I genuinely felt listened to. On all interviews, the atmosphere remained supportive and encouraging. The questions were relevant, well-designed, and focused on real-life situations. I appreciated how much emphasis was placed on collaboration, impact, and cultural alignment, rather than just ticking boxes. Overall, this was one of the best interview experiences I’ve had. Regardless of the outcome, the process itself made me even more excited about Notion as a company and as a place where people truly matter.
