The process was pretty fast paced and very transparent about timelines, next steps, and what to expect in each round. I genuinely enjoyed talking with my interviewers and it felt like a good conversation where I was not only talking about my background but learning more about the role and Notion's culture.

How would you explain a technical concept to a non-technical audience?
I had a behavioral round with the hiring manager and a technical screening (SQL & pandas) before the virtual onsite, which includes stats & product sense, cross-functional communications, behavioral & career history. The team is very nice.

The whole process was a bit involved and took about 6 weeks. Aside from the recruiter screen, there was a technical screen and then a hiring manager screen.
There's a take home exercise before the onsite. The onsite is 4 interviews. There's also a post onsite interview at the end
