From swift + speedy scheduling from the talent coordinator to transparent conversations on gaps/ what needs improvements on the team (which were essentially the opportunities that I'd be able to work on once hired!) Notion made me feel so special, as a candidate, and I've never felt/have been treated like that anywhere else during my interview process
