Interview process seemed like a normal process: > Initial chat > Hiring manager / Deeper Dive > Onsite > Final round with a co-founder I was sick around my second interview round and what I appreciated about Notion was their empathy towards the situation - they were accommodating and even sent a get well gift. As for the interview, they were super conversational, I never felt like I was in an interview. I loved the thoughtfulness around questions and overall, felt supported.
