After the initial zoom chat with the recruiter, I spoke with the hiring manager to make sure the role was a fit for me. After that, I met with 4 more people (mix of peers and managers), did an online technical assessment and eventually met with 2 Staff. All interviews were fairly conversational, each with a clear focus area. Eight people might seem like a lot but in my case, things moved quite quickly and I got an offer within a week of starting the process.
