Got invite from recruiter and went to phone interview. The interviewer is very unprofessional, they kept looking at their phone and never listen to my solution. When I explained my solution, the interviewer is very rude, and just said "you can just code and don't need to talk", and then went back to play with their phone. I doubt if they have any interview training at all. I have interviewed hundreds of people in my current role in FANNG company, and cannot been treated like this. Based on Linkedin, the interviewer has only 1 year of experience while I had 10+ years experience. How can a new grad conduct an interview for senior role? I am a long term user of Notion since 2018 and I really love the app, but I would not work here with aholes
