Interview started out well, the hiring manager seemed warm and friendly. I prepared two case studies that I would walk through at a high level. I could tell straight away she was not impressed with my first case study. Her responses to my answers were short and curt. And after a few minutes looked so disinterested. It completely threw me off and put a damper on the whole interview. Hiring managers, at least try to pretend that you're engaged with the person you're interviewing. Try to maintain a poker face at the very least.
