The hiring manager did not show up to the interview and after I notified the recruiter, they said they did not see he was on business travel and rescheduled. When I did meet him, I thought we had a good rapport. He said he would bring me through the next steps and after that zero - I was ghosted. After 1.5 months and 3 follow ups, I got the generic "we have moved on to another candidate". What can I say? I think just that says a lot about the company.
