They had me do an initial interview with the hiring manager, a recruiter interview, another meeting with the hiring manager, and then they had me complete a take home assignment followed by three rounds of interviews with the hiring manager again, a product ops manager, and an instructional designer. After that round I was cut, and they told me they had gone forward with another applicant. They did not reply when I asked for feedback. Fast forward 3 months, I see they put the same job posting AGAIN. This leads me to think they are looking to get information from these interviews, but not to actually hire anyone. The questions they asked during the interview made it clear they had no knowledge about conversation design themselves and were fishing just to get information about how to design their chatbot.

Interview process was very straightforward. After the initial screen, I interviewed with a member of the team. The call went well and I was then asked to complete a task and scheduled an "onsite" interview (despite the name, this was a series of video calls). The task was mainly focused on flow design and took a reasonable amount of time to complete. I shared my work and independently met with four members of the team. The calls went well and I was then asked to schedule a call with another member of the team to discuss values & career alignment.
