Applied online and had an extremely cursory interview process. First round interview with HR consisted of 3-4 basic questions (1) Tell me about yourself, (2) How familiar you are with Notion, (3) What are your salary expectations, (4) Are you in advanced and/or later stages with any other companies / start-ups? Relatively little chance to distinguish yourself or your candidacy with such generic inquiries.
Asked the recruiter the same or more questions about the role myself. Decent responses regarding the direction of the role, size of the strategic finance team, etc. Did not move forward.
