Spoke with the recruiter and then the hiring manger, both conversations went very well it seemed and they told me i'd hear back soon about next steps and formal interview rounds being set up. Afterwards, there was no updates or contact from them. Attempted reaching out to them multiple times over 3 weeks with no response at all. Completely ghosted and unprofessional
