The interview process was very straightforward and dare I say, delightful! Interviewing is an excellent way to see a glimpse of a company's culture and how they operate. Are your interviewers fully present for the conversation? Or is it clear that they're juggling a million items and are just trying to "get through" the interview? I was most impressed with my Notion interview for the following reasons: -Conversations were thoughtful two-way dialogues -It was clear what topics I was being evaluated on and how it related to the role -There was transparency around the opportunity, the process, etc. -I received a gift card to order lunch (very nice touch)

The interview process at Notion was one of the most amazing experiences I've had! As a Recruiter experiencing the process as a candidate, I was thoroughly impressed by every stage in the process. The process was transparent, the interviewers were approachable and inviting, and I felt an absolute 2-way conversation in every stage. At one point in the process, I got sick and needed to reschedule a call. As a surprise and delight, was given a gift card for cold remedy medicine which threw me by surprise - how thoughtful! At the end of the process, was given another surprise and delight for taking the time to interview. If this is what it's like to be a candidate, I couldn't wait to join and experience the magic as an employee!
