The candidate experience during the interview process was amazing, Beyond the thoughtful DoorDash lunch, and efficient scheduling, everyone I met before and during the interview process were delightful. Everyone had contagious energy about the Notion experience and such respect for leadership and the greater People team. The more and more people I met the more and more I wanted to land the role!
Interview with recruiter, asked about job background and basic questions. Recruiter was very friendly and they got back to me really quickly which was nice. Overall seemed like a great place to wrok
