Interview
Stages of the process: recruiter screen, technical phone screen, virtual onsite (career history, system design, FE coding, BE coding over 2 days). There was also an exec call, team matching calls, and 2-3 reference checks before the offer stage.
The recruiter really felt like a partner in the process, gave helpful info and was responsive, and the interviewers were collaborative, engaged and friendly.

Question 1
The technical interviews were 'practical' in style, not leetcoding style. The system design interview focused more on data modeling and API design rather than eg scaling. The career experience and exec interviews were primarily behavioral/motivational rather than diving into eg technical details of projects.

standard interview process. phone screen -> technical screen -> onsite with standard rounds (technical, system design, values). Interview questions are more practical - not leetcode style. Though they can require data structure and algorithms knowledge so always good to keep those fresh
