Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. Interview went well, at the end of the call the recruiter let me know they already have quite a few people in the final stages before they will receive and offer. I am not sure why the recruiter led with this or even why the position was still posted as vacant if this was the case. Recruiter let me know they would get back to either way in 3 days. Never heard back at all. My time was wasted. Did not give me a good impression about this company.
