I had a very disappointing experience with Notion when applying for a Senior Account Executive position. The recruiter, based in New York, initially scheduled an interview, only to cancel it just 10 minutes before it was supposed to start because she wouldn't be in the office in time (10h00 am ). She rescheduled, but during the interview, she kept her camera off and mentioned that the process was already in its advanced stages. The entire interview lasted only 15 minutes. I’m left wondering why my time was wasted if the position was nearly filled. It felt like a complete lack of respect and professionalism, she never sent me an email to say any update about this process
