Unfortunately, my interview experience with the company was quite disappointing. The interview lasted only about 30 minutes, and during that time, the interviewer appeared rushed and distracted. She spoke very quickly, frequently looked away, and even checked her phone a few times during our conversation, which made it difficult to feel truly engaged or heard. It felt as though my responses weren’t being acknowledged with genuine interest.
The session ended abruptly, without a proper goodbye or clarity about the next steps in the process. A few days later, I received a very generic rejection email from a “noreply” address, with no specific feedback or explanation. This kind of impersonal communication makes it harder for candidates to grow from the experience or feel respected for the time and effort they invested.
It would have been more appropriate to receive a brief but personalized message ideally from the HR representative who originally contacted me, offering context or an opportunity for follow-up. Unfortunately, the process felt mechanical and lacking in professionalism and empathy.
I hope the company takes this feedback into account and works on improving the candidate experience, especially when it comes to communication, interviewer conduct, and follow-up.
