Notion Labs interview questions

The first thing that stood out: everyone involved is very authentic during the conversation. For this role, I went through 6 stages (all online sessions). The recruiter screen, hiring manager, XFN, technical, demo/panel (with a checkpoint meeting beforehand), and final value session (with an executive). Having gone through the tech hiring process so many times, both as a candidate and as a hiring manager, I commend Notion for scheduling a checkpoint meeting with the hiring manager before the demo/panel session. It shows their intention to ensure the candidate has the best chance of succeeding, and it's definitely not something most companies will invest time in. Throughout the process, the recruitment team is very respectful of my time. Communication was clear and prompt, with follow-up and feedback after every session, typically within 24-48 hours.
