Notion Labs Software Engineer interview questions

Starts with a tech screen, then a virtual on-site, then an interview with a leadership team member. Each of these depends on the role you are applying for, and your recruiter should help clarify what each interview will be like. Similarly to another candidate’s own experience posted here, I actually really enjoyed the experience and liked all my interviewers until the interview with leadership. While I didn’t interview with the CEO, my experience with the interviewer made it feel like they were running through a list of questions as fast as possible and didn’t actually want to be there from the start. It makes me question why Notion continues to have these final round interviews with the leaders of the company who seem to have better things to do than interview and clearly show that lack of care to the candidate in front of them. I’m still a big fan of the product but will have to consider reapplying in the future because of that last encounter.
