Notion Labs Solutions Engineer interview questions

The interview process included a screen with the recruiter, hiring manager, teammate, then final demo. The next steps were a culture interview. The rounds themselves are pretty simple and typical SE interview questions were asked. I appreciated the Doordash gift card they provided for the "on-site" demo interview. However, there was very minimal guidance for the presentation; the links to the prompt and ppt template were dead/ super old. The recruiter wasn't on top of it, so a lot of chasing on my end. Didn't get it, asked for feedback and they went radio silence. Don't the people on the panel leave notes or something? Considering one of Notion's core value is being direct, this felt very far from it. Anyways, waste of my time and didn't even get constructive feedback from it.

Interview process was quite intense, but it really help me understand where the company is heading. I was able to meet up with around 7 future collegues during the process and it was inspiring to see how passionate they are to work in Notion and build something amazing.
