Applied online. I had two interviews with the hiring department for an exciting position with this organization. The feeling was good but we still never know about the hiring process as many things can occur. Nevertheless, I never had any feedback from Oerlikon. This is not a professional attitude : you spend time to prepare for the two interviews, you spend time with the interviewers and at the end of the day, they just disappeared. Even not an email to clearly say "we're not going with you and good luck".
