I was called on a weekend by hiring manager to schedule an interview with him on-site on the following Monday. The requirements were basic as per the job description and the hiring manager asked me if I had experience with using Solidworks. On reaching the location (Windsor) I was asked to wait in a room and after some time I was asked by the hiring manager to sit in front of the computer and handed me a drawing of a part with dimensions mentioned. The drawing was a fairly easy part and uses basic Solidworks concepts. Make sure you know how to use hole wizard and make the dimensions of the part the same as given in the drawing and from the same reference line or plane. If you know the ABC's of designing a product the interview should be straightforward for you.
