On Human Resources Position interview questions

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Sorry to hear the interview took extra long and with road bumps along the way. The idea behind meeting several people is to give you a chance to get to know your future team members and dive deeper into our culture, we are sorry to hear this took longer than we would like. Our cases are meant to give you a sneak peak into what the job may be like and give us the chance to get to know you and your thinking. Whilst the time spent on the exercise shouldn’t be longer than we recommend to you, we do ask you lots of questions to really understand why you came to the solutions you did. Your answers give us a unique insight into who you are and how you think so we really like to dig deep there. It also allows you a view into how we approach things. We are very sorry that the role was ultimately eliminated. Although, this can happen in a hyper-growth company like On where things change fast. We understand that this is frustrating and is definitely not the experience we aim for. We appreciate all of the time and effort you invested in our process we know these are not small undertakings.
