The idea behind meeting several people is to give you a chance to get to know your future team members and dive deeper into our culture, we are sorry to hear this took longer than we would like. Our cases are meant to give you a sneak peak into what the job may be like and give us the chance to get to know you and your thinking. Whilst the time spent on the exercise shouldn’t be longer than we recommend to you, we do ask you lots of questions to really understand why you came to the solutions you did.
